Everyone meet Purdy she is a purebred Pembroke Welsh Corgi with the FGF5 gene this mean she has a Fluffy long coat, although Corgi's generally are pretty fluffy, this Rare recessive gene cause the hair to grow more thickly and prominently around the neck, chest, ears, behind the forelegs and hindquarters! 

 

What causes this? Well we have a whole section explaining such be sure to check it out! But back to Purdy she is a very loving loyal dog she is always eager to please and has the kindest disposition! She is very calm and loves everyone and cuddling with all animals and humans alike! She has a very mothering spirit that i am sure we shall see in most of her puppies!
